Heat Pump & HVAC/R Cleaning, Servicing and Repairs

Have you noticed a recent drop in performance from your heat pump or HVAC/R system? To keep your system running smoothly and maximize your investment, proper servicing and maintenance are essential. Ductless Mini Split Cleaning

Keeping your HVAC unit(s) clean is essential in maximizing long-term performance and Cleanliness. We deep clean the inside coil and fan for heat pumps, and wipe down all coverings. Also, we clean ductwork! That includes; Air Exchanger units/ducts, Heat Pump/Furnace ductwork, and Dryer vents!


  • Mini Split Cleanings: $175+tax for the first unit, and $80+tax per additional unit
  • Central Heat Pump Cleaning: $400+tax
  • Furnace Ductwork Cleaning: $250+tax For Main Trunkline, and $20/Vent+tax
  • Ductwork Anti Bacterial Fogging: $85+tax
  • Air Exchanger Unit Cleaning: $100+tax
  • Air Exchanger Ductwork Cleaning: $150+tax, and $25/vent+tax
  • Dryer Vent Cleaning: $150+tax

Heat Pump Servicing

Servicing ensures your unit performs optimally. We check pressures, Coil TD, clean filters, and make sure everything is in perfect working order.


  • Mini Split Servicing: $150+tax for the first unit, and $75+tax per additional unit
  • Furnace Servicing: $200+tax
  • Air Exchanger Servicing: $100+tax

Adding Any Ductwork Cleanings to a service package  save 15% on ductwork cleaning price.

Travel Charge Rates: All rates are based of time from Shops location, and return. Travel charges will apply if location is further than 30 mins from shop.


  • Cleaning Travel Rates: $75+tax/hr
  • Servicing/Maintenence: $100+tax/hr
  • Installatons: $150+tax/hr
